OverviewThis research endeavors to conduct a qualitative phenomenological study aimed at elucidating and comprehending the factors that contribute to the rise of women as leaders in Egypt. By employing a phenomenological approach, this investigation seeks to explore the participants' perceptions, experiences, and consciousness regarding this phenomenon. The study's participants, purposefully selected, encompass women in leadership roles spanning both the public and private sectors. Over a period of six months, ten women were interviewed twice, delving into the factors that enable women in Egypt to attain leadership positions. Additionally, the research investigates the hindrances that prevent women from securing managerial, guiding, and leadership roles, which are often dominated by men in Egypt.
