Julia Shalet is a award winning author, successful innovator, product leader, qualitative researcher, project director, trainer, university tutor and event creator with a ton of experience from a broad range of sectors, types of organisations and ventures.  For the past 25 years she has worked with start-ups, the self-employed, small and medium organisations, corporates and the third sector.
