Edward Hughes is a North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate, has provided behavioral and mental health supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities for more than 15 years, and has served as an expert consusltant on these issues to state agencies and court monitors. He is the author of several books related to the provision of behavioral and mental health supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and has presented on these issues at professional conferencres throughout the country. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Jerry McKee is director of pharmacy services at Broughton Hospital in Morganton, North Carolina and serves as a clinical assistant professor at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is board certified in psychiatric and neurologic pharmacy and an active clinical practitioner. He lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
