Melanie Ashleigh is a senior lecturer at the University of Southampton, where she is also director of the MSc in Management. She has extensive experience of consultancy, working both in industry and with academics. Angela Mansi is a senior lecturer in work psychology at Westminster Business School. She is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and a full member of the British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychologists.
