Following 35 years at the Bar, Paul turned to mediation, and mediated in a wide variety of disputes, lecturing on the psychology of conflict in Europe, Asia, South Africa and America. He was Course Leader on the Mediation Course at Regent’s School of Psychotherapy and Psychology (RSPP), Regent’s University London. His previous book with Dr Freddie Strasser, Mediation – A Psychological Insight into Conflict Resolution, was received with wide acclaim. He died in January 2019.
