Micah grew up with a leadership mentality but never imagined that it would lead him to pursue a career as a film producer, a journey that has included work in TV, commercial, and film productions. As part of that journey, he launched The Producer Podcast as a way to grow himself and help other aspiring producers learn what took him years to figure out. That journey ultimately lead to writing this book.
