And NJ is supposed to be a medical marijuana state-even though the governor is resisting it and the qualifications are most restrictive-and it does not recognize the rights of out-of-state patients. There are three fronts in this war on marijuana Social use, medical use and spirit use. I belong to all three fronts. I am a legalizer, who happens to have bone cancer and believes in the spiritual use of the herb! I've been persecuted for years for knowing the truth, telling the truth to others and refusing to complying with the lies. These LIE LAWS were passed by our all white Congress's in 1937 with the Marijuana Taxation Act and re-enforced in 1970 with the Controlled Substance Act. These laws are nothing but Racist inspired legislation used to enslave us. While I know poor whites are arrested for marijuana too it is a fact they are the collateral damage of this racist war. He is a resident of the Browns Mills section of Pemberton Township, New Jersey and California.
