Overview

"THE PERSECUTION OF NJWEEDMAN ""Jury Nullification - Medical Marijuana - Legalization"" Ed Forchion knows what it's like to be caught between a rock and a hard place. There are two major dramas that have played out in the prime of his life: His battle against the system that tried-and for a time succeeded-in putting him away ""in a cage because of a plant,"" and, simultaneously, his battle against his own body, which was in revolt and threatening to consume him. This is a medical marijuana horror story in three acts: A medical marijuana patient comes from California to New Jersey for a visit and is arrested with marijuana. During the course of his trials and tribulations, the prosecutor calls him a Charlatan, and the judge accuses him of playing his health like a Stradivarius. And NJ is supposed to be a medical marijuana state-even though the governor is resisting it and the qualifications are most restrictive-and it does not recognize the rights of out-of-state patients. There are three fronts in this war on marijuana Social use, medical use and spirit use. I belong to all three fronts. I am a legalizer, who happens to have bone cancer and believes in the spiritual use of the herb! I've been persecuted for years for knowing the truth, telling the truth to others and refusing to complying with the lies. These LIE LAWS were passed by our all white Congress's in 1937 with the Marijuana Taxation Act and re-enforced in 1970 with the Controlled Substance Act. These laws are nothing but Racist inspired legislation used to enslave us. While I know poor whites are arrested for marijuana too it is a fact they are the collateral damage of this racist war. They weren't the intended victims of these original racist laws. The war on marijuana has been won by ""We the People"" but our politicians like Gov Christopher Christie refuse to surrender. So we must take our victory, we must take to the streets and stop allowing these tyrants to imprison us in their new age concrete plantation systems. Jah Bless - NJWeedman"""
