Overview

In Victorian England, the Great Detective, Madam Vastra, her resourceful spouse, Jenny Flint, and their loyal valet. Strax, solve conundrums, fight injustice and capture criminals - but an enemy has taken up residence undetected. Unravelling the secrets of these doppelganger ne-er-do-wells, the Gang touch on the fringe of a bigger conspiracy. But as Vastra recalls the past, the dangers of the present and closing in.
