Her Mediation services include the role of parenting consultant and she is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, listed on the Minnesota Supreme Court's ADR Roster. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in psychology with an emphasis on Communication, Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Family Dynamics, and Gender differences in communication styles, stress management, parenting styles, conflict management. While Susan is a Family Court professional, she has experienced family court as a parent and writes from that perspective. After rescuing her own children from the prison of Family Court and high conflict divorce, she did extensive research into the history of family court and its professionals. Susan is an expert on Parenting Coordination and High Conflict Divorce.
