Overview

Operation Bluebeard will be the biggest snatch in history A top KGB official, persuaded to defect by a hauntingly beautiful undercover agent, is to be plucked off a Russian cruise ship at a Spanish port. But Bluebeard knows too much about moles in British Intelligence - so when his ship, the Varna, calls at Marseilles, MI6 is determined to get to him first. Who better to accomplish this tricky, outrageous task than the elite SBS Team Alpha? But they have been betrayed from the start - for whilst making their way secretly through French waterways, they come under vicious attack. And things will get tougher when they reach Marseilles - and Bluebeard himself. The second in the heart-stopping, action-packed SBS series which began with The Finland Mission.
