Jerry Grillo is a science writer and editor for the Parker H. Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience at Georgia Tech. His work has appeared in Georgia Trend, Paste Magazine, and Jambands.com, among other publications. Grillo has won awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, the Atlanta Press Club, and the Magazine Association of the Southeast during his thirty-year freelance career.
