Author Information

Kacie Bergoef is an enneagram teacher, workshop leader, and researcher. She is particularly dedicated to finding new applications of the enneagram, from developing practical applications to teaching communication skills to tech professionals and managers. Kacie is a graduate of the social work program at University of California, Berkeley, and was awarded the Don Riso memorial scholarship (Don Riso was a major enneagram theorist and innovator). She is accredited by the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and is a two-time recipient of an Enneagram Institute scholarship. Melanie Bell is an Enneagram Institute certified teacher and accredited by the IEA. A graduate of the University of New Brunswick and Concordia University, she leads workshops and courses on the enneagram, aligned to the Riso-Hudson method. Like her coauthor, Melanie has twice received a scholarship from the Enneagram Institute, and currently teaches at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA.
