OverviewWhen Rose ran away from home, she didn't anticipate that she would enter into a world that was more challenging and dangerous than the one she'd left behind. As she constantly talked to herself for solutions, one would believe that she was going insane. Coming to England, in search of a better life for Rose, was unexpectedly far different from the images, she carried around in her mind. They say lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place. Surely that's probably a myth. One that keeps you in balance, so you don't go crazy. About the Author Paulette Graham is originated from Jamaica. She is a mother who teaches her children that life will get better with hard work and enough self-belief with time.
