He is also the Associate Vice President and Director of Research and Executive Education of the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Cheun Hoe Yow is an Associate Professor in the School of Humanities at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he is Director of the Chinese Heritage Centre and Director of the Centre for Chinese Language and Culture.
