He is Chief Editor of the scientific journals Advances in Food Science (AFS) and Fresenius Environmental Bulletin (FEB). His scientific work led to more then 270 publications, two text books and three awards-Certificate of Merit (International Academy of Environmental Safety, 1987), SECOTOX-Award (1988) and VARIAN-Award (1994)."
