Mr. Tinkle clerked for the Honorable David A. Nichols of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, and is admitted to the bars for the Distric of Columbia, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
