For those of us most fortunate, we find the love we need to make it through in happiness. Loyalty. Our families, our friends, our jobs - each of these is an opportunity to experience a bond that, though unseen, cannot be broken. Like a mighty wind in the top of the trees, or that still small breeze just powerful enough to move one feather, loyalty lies waiting for us in our decisions. Betrayal. Unfortunately for some of us, the winds of loyalty do not blow our way - the job that doesn't care if they let us go, the husband that has an affair, the family feud, or the life-long best friend that isn't. Michael lives the storybook life. He married his high school sweetheart, has 2.5 kids, and started his own successful company partnering with his best friend from childhood. But today an unusual series of events causes him to befriend an old man with a different story. The old man's life went from great to destitute, from Michael's perspective, as he hears the story. Michael is grateful that such things could never happen to him...or could they? We'll see.
