Author Information

Lorraine Williams (BA, University of Toronto; MSW, University of Ottawa), formerly a member of the North York Public Library Board, is Vice-Chair of the Metropolitan Toronto Library Board. Her human relations skills (as group therapist and marital/individual counselor) combine well with her down-to-earth writing style (as author of numerous articles and books) and extensive experience as Past President of both the Ontario and the Canadian Library Trustees Association, and member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Library Association.
