G. D. Howard lives in the Cotswolds with his wife Linda and their working cocker, Molly. It is a place where he is surrounded by the beauty of nature, no matter which season it is. It is a wonderful inspiration and, in some part, has helped create this story, although thankfully the wolves and aurochs are part of his imagination.
