This year, Lila, a young bartender, and her brother Ethan, a recovering war veteran, find themselves trapped in town when a storm isolates Hollow Creek. As night falls, Grin begins his gruesome rampage, targeting random citizens with grotesque methods-each kill more horrifying than the last. The siblings must navigate a labyrinth of abandoned buildings, dark alleys, and forgotten sewers to survive. Along the way, they encounter others-some helpful, some just as deranged as the killer.
