Lenora Klassen is a doctor of Physical Therapy, and is university certified in Trauma. She is also certified in Integrative Medicine, Visceral Manipulation, and Neural Manipulation. After seeing so many of her patients who were struggling to complete the recommended exercises for their physical therapy recovery, Lenora was inspired to write this book to help them understand the role their nervous system plays in their overall well being.
