She is the co-founder of She Negotiates Consulting and Training, a negotiation training and consulting service for women professionals, executives, managers and entrepreneurs. Victoria received her LL.M degree in Dispute Resolution in 2006. Her second book, Success as a Mediator for Dummies, was published by Wiley in April, 2012.
