K.D. Field is an American writer and blogger living on a lavender farm on The Camino de Santiago in Galicia, Spain and writing in a converted chicken coop. The Grief of Goodbye is her first novel. She maintains the blog www.vivaespanamovingtospain.com chronicling the adventures of her and her husband, Jeff, from the decision to move to Spain after walking the Camino from St. Jean Pied de Port to the present day.
