OverviewThe Green Economy Transition in Europe: Strategies, Regulations, and Instruments aims to investigate the current green economic and financial practices, strategies and regulations in Europe, the European Union and its member states. In this context, the EU's current green economic policies, instruments and practices will be discussed and analyzed. The study seeks to answer the question: “Did climate change and the unsustainability of fossil resources initiate the green transformation in Europe in the area of finance and economy, and how were the tools, policies and regulations used for this shape in the green economy?”. This study differs from previous studies with an interdisciplinary approach, focusing in detail on green economic transition and transformation issues in Europe and the EU.
