Rob Cross is founder and CEO of Muru, a next-generation leadership coaching and development consultancy that debunks the redundant models of what it means to be a leader, to help individuals, teams and groups unlock their true potential. Born in the United Kingdom and raised in a small country town in Victoria, Australia, Rob's passion for understanding people and leadership started at an early age.
