12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. 12:22 I rzekl do uczniów swoich: Dlatego powiadam wam: Nie troszczcie się o życie swoje, co będziecie jedli, ani o cialo, czym się będziecie przyodziewali. 12:23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment. 12:23 Życie bowiem jest czymś więcej niż pokarm, a cialo czymś więcej niż odzienie. 12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls? 12:24 Spójrzcie na kruki, że nie sieją, ani żną, i nie mają spichlerzy ani stodól, a Bóg je żywi. O ileż bardziej warci jesteście wy niż ptaki? 12:25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit? 12:25 A który z was przy calej trosce może dodac do swego wzrostu chocby lokiec jeden? 12:26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest? 12:26 Jeśli więc nie potraficie uczynic najmniejszej rzeczy, dlaczego o pozostale się troszczycie? 12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 12:27 Przypatrzcie się liliom, jak rosną nie pracują i nie przędą. A powiadam wam, że Salomon w calej swojej chwale nie byl tak przyodziany, jak jedna z nich. 12:28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith? 12:28 Jeśli więc trawę polną, która dziś jest na polu, a jutro będzie w piec wrzucona, Bóg tak przyodziewa, o ileż bardziej was, malej wiary? 12:29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. 12:29 Nie pytajcie więc, co będziecie jedli, ani co będziecie pili, i nie bądźcie wątpiący. 12:30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. 12:30 Bo o to wszystko zabiegają narody świata. Lecz Ojciec wasz wie, że tego potrzebujecie.
