Overview

Senior homicide detective Frank Spencer bears the scars of many battles with his superior officers and a failed marriage. Author Information

David Thomas spent over thirty-four years in the criminal justice system, serving in corrections, law enforcement, the courts, and as a defense investigator. Most of his career was focused on investigations, including roles as a detective, detective sergeant, and supervisor of investigation. Born and raised in Arizona, David is a U.S. Air Force veteran and holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Arizona. He was married to his beloved wife, Karen, for over forty-six years. Her insight and support deeply shaped this book before her passing in July 2022. David now enjoys writing, family time, and traveling with close friends.
