He stayed out of trouble and boxed throughout his teen-age years. Mark graduated high school in 1984 and left home for the Army two weeks after graduation. Mark became an Army boxer, All-Army boxing champion and Armed Forces boxing champion. I recently completed the reading of The Fight Is Already Fixed. It is a powerhouse of scriptural encouragement for Christians who may be dealing with struggles and wonder how they can be victorious in their Spiritual lives. I have been in the ministry for 47 years, and have read many books of this kind, but The Fight Is Already Fixed clearly pictures the reality of our actual combat against our adversary. The Author (with whom I am personally acquainted) has a history of being a professional boxer, a military person who has seen the field of battle, and is a strong Christian who has faced numerous struggles in his spiritual life. This book is a personal portrait of his own life laid out there to be an encouragement for others.
