"About the Author: Lucy Leigh Hendry, cafe manager at Nature's Market in Melbourne, began her interest in healthy eating 24 years ago when her son was diagnosed with ADD. The journey led Lucy to publishing Brevard county's 1st natural health magazine entitled ""Natures Guide"". Lucy and her husband Richard hosted their own radio show call ""Nature Guide Live"". Lucy produced a local healthy living cable TV show. While working as marketing director for Wild Oats, Lucy realized that her true love was creating vegetable inspired dishes in the kitchen. From there she opened an art cafe called, Van Gogh's Creative Cafe. Lucy gives cooking classes and also lectures on healthy eating for groups and corporations in addition to providing healthy catering of all sizes."
