Author Information

Joachim Krause is Professor of International Relations at the Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel (Germany) and Director of the Institute for Security Policy at the University of Kiel (ISUK), and member of the Scientific Council of the Research Institute of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). He has published more than 20 books and more than 150 articles. Natalino Ronzitti is Professor of International Law (former Chair of International Law at LUISS University of Rome) and member of the Institut de Droit International. He is also an advisory expert for the Instituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), Rome. He has authored or edited 40 books, in both English and Italian.
