STEPHEN P. FRANKLIN has taught communication skills as a professional trainer for more than 30 years, and 20 years ago, he developed his own transformative series of communication skills training programs. He has also developed a comprehensive Essential People Management Skills program. His training programs are based on extensive research and testing. Additionally, Stephen spent 25 years as a pastor and, as part of a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion, has been trained as a professional counselor, a key component of which focuses on helping couples, families, and others resolve their issues by improving their communication skills.
