"As the founder of Ochsner Eat Fit, registered dietitian Molly Kimball has influenced the lives of thousands with her approachable wellness philosophy. She and her team of Eat Fit dietitians work with hundreds of restaurant partners across Louisiana to develop and identify nutritious items on the menu, with the mission of providing easy-to-access, real-world wellness education, inspiration, and resources. Board certified as a specialist in sports dietetics by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Molly is the director of nutrition at Ochsner Fitness Center, where she leads the Lifestyle Nutrition team of dietitians as they guide clients in achieving and exceeding their wellness goals. She has been the nutrition expert for New Orleans' ABC affiliate WGNO since 2009, with weekly TV segments on Good Morning New Orleans called ""FUELED Wellness + Nutrition with Molly."" She also hosts a weekly podcast of the same name. Molly's second book, Craft: The Eat Fit Guide to Zero Proof Cocktails (Pelican Publishing, 2022), features more than fifty drink recipes as well as guides to barware, bitters, glassware, and everything needed to create a fully sensorial cocktail."
