AMANDA ORLANDO has lived with food allergies her whole life and is the blogger behind @EverydayAllergenFree, where she shares recipes and stories about her life with food allergies and eczema. In addition to this book, she's the author of two other allergy-friendly cookbooks, Everyone's Welcome: The Art of Living and Eating Allergen Free and Allergen-Free Desserts.
