Deep Water Tears: The story of how an Australian girl, Rachel Winton, discovers that her greatest loss becomes the key to finding her greatest joy. Barons Reach: The story of how Wiradjuri woman, Libby, overcomes grief and betrayal from a childhood tragedy by honouring her grandmother, Mary Rutherford, in her final days. In returning to face the ghosts of her past, Libby discovers the truth of what happened on that fateful day, and that her childhood relationship with Jimba was an integral part of her destiny to ensure that there will always be storytellers to teach the Wiradjuri dreamtime stories to future generations. Although primarily a work of fiction, The Dreaming Series contains Wiradjuri Dreamtime Stories and words, gratefully authenticated and approved for publication by Wiradjuri elder, Stan Grant Snr. Included at the end is non-fiction historical content about the Wiradjuri people and their culture, Aboriginal resistance leader, Windradyne, the transcript of the Australian Prime Minister's 2008 Apology To Australian Indigenous Peoples and a bibliography.
