Author Information

James Tweedie was born June 17, 1976 in Bonne Terre, MO. He attended Potosi High School and graduated in 1994. James was the student council President and a member of the National Honor Society. James was captain of the men's tennis team and played the #1 position his Junior and Senior year of high school. He attended Lindenwood University on an academic and basketball scholarship. James has served in the U.S. Army as a petroleum supply technician and retention NCO. He has an honorable discharge from both the U.S. Army and Army Reserves. He graduated in 2000 and was married to his college sweatheart in 2001. James became the proud father of a daughter who is now 10 years old and a son who is now 6 years old. After a decade of marriage and working in corporate america for the telephone company his marriage came to an end. As James learned to deal with this tragedy he was shown signs that told him to write a book that would help other men like himself deal with the pain and suffering that comes along with divorce. As you read The Divorce Guide for Men you'll get to know the author but more importantly you'll learn how to cope with one of life's most difficult occurrences. James is now back into the things he loves to do such as playing basketball recreationally, staying in great physical shape, acting, modeling, and writing. In addition to his personal endeavors he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and is in a relationship once again.
