Mehdi Goodarzi is Assistant Professor of Technology Management at Allameh Tabataba’i University, Tehran, Iran. Until 2013, he worked as an Expert of Technology Policy and Manager of International Affairs at the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran.
