He has worked doing hair on American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Shark Tank, So You Think You Can Dance, The X Factor and Little Big Shots. Dean is shameless in the self-promotion department, but it's because he loves to give advice and make people feel good, like nailing that effortless chignon and encapsulating perfect beach waves.
