Overview

"Hundreds of wedding books exist to help couples decide what food to serve or which music to play at their wedding - but what about those couples who desire more from their wedding than a pretty dress and gourmet cake. In The Creative Jewish Wedding Book, Gabrielle Kaplan-Mayer goes beyond the facts, history and explanations of the Jewish wedding ceremony and instead focuses on using the ritual elements of the wedding to express the unique spirituality of the couple. Whether traditional or alternative, planning their first or second marriage, Kaplan- Mayer provides the tools any couple needs to create the most meaningful Jewish ceremony to fit their needs. The Creative Jewish Wedding Book addresses the ""conscious"" bride and groom, who are independent thinkers and are seeking spiritual honesty and integrity in their wedding experience."
