The Cracked Mirror

Overview

From childhood innocence to the edge of adulthood, The Cracked Mirror is a gripping, heartfelt memoir chronicling the first 18 years of a black man's journey through love, loss, struggle, combat, and self-discovery. With raw honesty and vivid storytelling, he reflects on the moments that shaped him- family bonds, systemic hurdles, first loves, and the unspoken rules of survival. This coming-of-age story is not just about making it through but finding purpose, resilience, and hope along the way. This is a powerful testament to what it means to grow up Black in America before the world expects you to be grown.
