Overview

As a young boy, Darren endured the horrors of Cyclone Tracy in Darwin. In his teenage years, he survived the near sinking of the TSS Fairsky off the coast of Jakarta. This is just a small part of Darren's story. Darren has lived through some extremely unusual circumstances. He, like all of us, has experienced a great many ups and downs in his journey. Over time, he has come to see that many of these events and experiences provided opportunities to learn a few lessons that would mold his character to live life well and to the fullest. This book is a collection of some of the lessons learned over the years from a man who loves to tell a good story. Darren shares each lesson, in a humorous and light-hearted style that will make you laugh and lift your spirit. These lessons will inspire and encourage you. Each life experience provides us an opportunity to learn a lesson about living a fulfilling life.
