Timothy J. Tobin is a learning and leadership development professional committed to helping individuals and organizations reach their greatest potential. He has worked across multiple industries including consulting, financial services, education, and hospitality. He has held executive level learning, leadership, and operations positions in multiple global organizations. Tim has been a leadership speaker, consultant, and coach. In addition to numerous academic and professional blogs and articles, Tim is the author of “Peak Leadership Fitness: Elevating Your Leadership Game” and “Your Leadership Story: Use Your Story to Energize, Inspire, and Motivate.” He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, master’s degree in organizational management, and a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Studies, as well as professional certifications as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Roger S. Peterson is one of the original Professional Certified Marketers (PCM) of the American Marketing Association and past president of AMA/Sacramento. His advertising days were spent at divisions of J. Walter Thompson and Ogilvy & Mather. He coauthored the AMAs handbook on managing business to business marketing communications after managing that function at two technology firms. As an acquisition editor in college textbook publishing, he published 45 texts in education and psychology.
