"Dina Schiff Massachi has written and presented numerous academic essays on Baum's Oz and its various adaptations. She teaches English and American Studies at UNC Charlotte; one of her favorite classes is a course on The Wizard of Oz and appeared in the ""American Oz"" episode of PBS's American Experience."
