Overview

Applying a bit of management discipline to your home life can open new possibilities and enhance your most important partnership-your marriage. Fusing the practicality of a business book with the urgency of relationship literature, The Business of Marriage celebrates the values of respect, commitment, and collaboration. Melissa Thoma renders succinct, warm, and often humorous observations in chapters organized within sections that reflect business functions-finance, strategy, communications, and human resources-and that have equally relevant implications for personal relationships. Anyone committed to a domestic partnership will appreciate these tools and techniques proven in the world of work and now translated into the life of the home.
