Author Information

Gene Luen Yang writes, and sometimes draws, comic books and graphic novels. As the Library of Congress's fifth National Ambassador for Young People's Literature, he advocates for the importance of reading, especially reading diversely. Les McClaine is the author of the Eisner Award-nominated Jonny Crossbones, as well as the comic book series Highway 13, The Tick, and The Middleman. Alison Acton is a Canadian artist with a background in comics and traditional animation who has worked for Spumco, Pocket Gems, Big Jump, HarperCollins, Tokyopop, and First Second.
