Author Information

Marcus Copeland Was born in London and moved to New York during his childhood. He started a career as a radio speaker. His first job would eventually lead him to the art of barbecue. He once had to interview some pitmasters and adamant grillers, finding himself in awe of the whole culture. He then started smoking and grilling at his place, and his passion grew to the point he started teaching others the secrets of perfect smoking and grilling. Now, through his cookbooks, he hopes to bring more knowledge to other novice grillers. His books include the international blockbusters Wood Pellet Smoking Ideas, How to Grill & Smoke, BBQ Project, Universe Grill and have been translated into 21 languages around the world.
