Meet the Author Nancy L Benton was born in Buffalo, New York and has been married for 37-years. She is a highly sought after cook (not chef) and delights in her culinary talents. She believes in good food, the best ingredients, and affordability. She states, I grew up in an Italian family and my mother made sure I participated in all household duties especially cooking. Some of my fondest childhood memories take me back to those weekends where I made homemade bread and pasta with my mother and the smells that would come out of the kitchen and permeate the house. Food is an experience and one that needs to be maximized since we require food daily.
