"Moon has a large following thanks to her catchy, cheerful songs. This, her third board book, joyfully celebrates different body types, focusing on bellies with entertaining, simple lyrics that teach kids to celebrate their bodies no matter their shape or size: ""Big belly, little belly, round belly, flat! . . . I like whatever kind of belly that you've got."" The words can be recited as a rhythmic poem or paired with music, linked in a QR code. Giles' large, bold, and colorful multimedia illustrations will catch the attention of babies and toddlers, and the wide array of skin tones, hair textures, and body shapes and sizes nicely match the book's message.-- ""Booklist"" Filled with zerbert-able bellies of various shapes and sizes, this affirming board book is based on a popular song by TikTok performer Mother Moon. As the pages celebrate many different kinds of human bellies, they simultaneously model a wealth of loving connections between children and adults. Collage-like illustrations by Giles (When Isaac Hears the Rain), which portray individuals with various body types and skin tones, are set against radiant-hued, textured backgrounds. Kids also dance, attempt yoga, and swing from an adult's arms, exhilarated to be in the company of someone who loves them, and likes ""whatever kind of belly... you've got!"" The text, set in bold block type, lends a feel of joyful proclamation to this body-neutral tune. A QR code on the back cover links to the author performing the song.-- ""Publisher's Weekly"""

"Parents and babies of all shapes, sizes, and colors comfortably rejoice in their bodies as they dance, wiggle, and jiggle along with the simple, descriptive lyrics of the TikTok sensation's viral sing-along song. Colorful backdrops accompany the catchy rhymes written in celebration of all types of bodies. It is never too early to develop an appreciation for the unique gift of one's own body, and the short, catchy lyrics could make for a celebratory musical story hour. VERDICT An easy purchase to add to the board book shelves.-- ""School Library Journal"" Moon has a large following thanks to her catchy, cheerful songs.
