Vanessa gives parents confidence with her supportive, down-to-earth practical advice. She will be your guide and your friend helping you through the challenges of new parenthood. This is an amazing book. I am always wary of infant feeding books as it can be hard to get a balance of evidence-based information that equips you to make informed decisions. This ticks all the boxes. It's fantastic and I really, really rate it highly! It's full of great tips, mum stories, loads of practical information and help and is all written in a very digestible and accessible way. (Hollie de Cruz, author of Your Baby Your Birth) - author of Your Baby, Your Birth I love The Baby Feeding Book's no-nonsense, realistic, empowering and compassionate approach. Full of helpful tips, myth-busting facts and thoughtful suggestions to take you from your baby's first feed to introducing solid food and beyond. Vanessa is that rare thing: a real expert! Her book covers the emotional, financial and practical aspects of all feeding options: from exclusive breastfeeding to exclusive formula feeding to everything in-between with a thorough, no-judgement style. It's refreshing to see mental health and real-life situations in this helpful new parents' must-have book. - author of The No Guilt Pregnancy Plan This book cuts through all the confusing feeding advice to help parents give their children the very best start in life. Vanessa has professional experience but, critically, is also a brilliant mum so she understands the reality too! - author of The Happy Birth Book Vanessa is warm and inclusive and has real empathy with new parents, so whatever is happening they won't feel judged, they'll feel exactly as they should - looked after and supported. - founder of Don't Buy Her Flowers
