Whether found in a secret fridge hidden in the dark corner of a grungy garage with two year old beer from the last party the hosts had (you know the one)... ...or in a backyard cooler that's been sitting for two weeks in the blistering hot sun. (you've done it too)If it's still cold, it's fair game. For you survivors, and all you newbies, we have a few tips and tricks to help you make it through your next six-year-old birthday party in a backyard or at a local Bowling Alley, NOT SOBER. Want to know where to keep your stash away from other grubby guests? We'll also throw in some classic cocktail recipes renamed to fit the special occasion and what to tell little Timmy or Susie when they reach for mommy or daddy's sippy cup . We'll share some James-Bond-esque alcohol accessories we like way better than your typical not-so-subtle metal flask. You know the one we're talking about. The shiny silver object that screams Hey, look at me I'm getting drunk! Finally, we'll wrap up this sh*tstorm with some Worst Case Scenarios and how to get out of them scot-free. Things like, what to do if one of the kids walks in on you and four other guests in the middle of a beer shotgun competition and threatens to tell Mommy and Daddy on you. Even more tragic, how to handle the hosts running out of alcohol halfway through the party. Okay maybe it isn't sooo tragic because stores are usually a few minutes driving or walking distance away. But, are you willing to supply an entire party with more booze that you aren't hosting in the first place? I didn't think so.
