I'm always looking for quick and easy solutions to cooking. The idea of the instant pot cooking method has been floated to me before by friends, and after reading this book and seeing the possibilities and quick meal solutions offered in its pages, I'm even more intrigued. I see an instant pot in my future. Thanks. La Matta I never used N instant pot before, but I always thought that I should, especially, because I work full time and I am a full time student. I would have loved the book to have some pictures for the recipes! Overall, helpful book! Nesrine There are some great recipes in this book. I liked the breakfast recipes. I always struggle with what to eat for breakfast. I end up eating a doughnut or a bowl of cold cereal most of the time because it is easier. The options in this book are easy and I know they would taste better. Rick Amburgey This is a great Instant Pot cookbook (and I already have a few others, I've had my IP for years now). There is good front matter about the basics of using the Instant Pot, and a nice variety of recipes. I use my Instant Pot for regular week-night cooking for a family of 5, but I see there is some good planning content for people who cook ahead in batches. Mel W. I bought my Instapot almost a year ago but was hesitant to get very creative. I was pleasantly surprised by a bunch of these recipes, specifically the pumpkin spice oatmeal, the tomatoe soup and the fried rice. Yummmy, easy....exactly my speed. Minnie
